Dana Miller Real Estate ("we," "our," or "us") is the real estate practice of Dana Miller, a California licensed real estate agent (DRE #01472899), brokered by GUIDE Real Estate (DRE #01976629). We collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site: when you ask to talk with Dana, request a home valuation, ask about homes in a community, or request a referral to an agent in another area. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, a property address, the location where you need an agent, whether you are buying or selling, a price range, a timeline, and anything you write in a message field.
When you arrive through a link from one of our videos, social posts, or campaigns, the link may carry campaign tags (called UTM parameters). We keep those tags in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit so that, if you submit a form, we can see which video or post brought you to us. Session storage clears when you close the tab.
We keep tracking on this site light. The site may use cookies or analytics tools to understand how it is used, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general browser and device information. We use that measurement to improve the site and our content, and any analytics provider we use receives this data on our behalf as a service provider. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other websites.
We use the information you submit to respond to your request: to contact you about buying or selling a home, to prepare a home valuation, to answer your questions, to match you with a referral agent when you ask for one, and to send you the communications you have consented to receive. We also use campaign tags to understand which content brings people to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Form submissions are processed and stored in the customer relationship platform we use, operated by HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector), which handles the data on our behalf as a service provider.
If we use analytics tools to measure how the site is used, those providers receive that usage data on our behalf as service providers as well.
If you ask us to connect you with a real estate agent in another area, we share the details you provided with the licensed agent we match you with. That is the purpose of the request, and it is the only situation in which your information goes to another party.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or a governmental request.
When you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing messages from Dana Miller at the phone number you provided. These terms apply:

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to stored information is limited to the people who work on Dana's behalf. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes, the new version posts here with an updated date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information you have already given us would be communicated to you directly.
